Have you ever noticed how beautiful shadows can be? Not the dark, dingy alley kind, but the ones made in nature? In The Shadows is an abstract painting inspired by the shadows created by dappled light streaming through the branches of a huge Ironbark tree that stands on our property. 

In The Shadows is an original acrylic and oil pastel painting on canvas.

It is 61x77cm and comes unframed, with the edges crisply finished in black acrylic paint.

Initialed front and signed on the back. It is sealed with satin varnish, giving the piece a semi-gloss finish.
