Change of mind

We understand that when you get your purchase home, sometimes it doesn’t look how you thought it would in the space.

Customers are offered a 7-day return period from the date of delivery, on the following basis:

  • Email dayarne.smith@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery of your artwork to request a return.
  • The cost of return shipping must be covered by you, the purchaser.
  • Arrangement of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • A refund will be processed upon delivery of the artwork back to the artist, in its original condition.
  • The artwork must be repackaged for return as it was when delivered to avoid damage.

Artwork arrived damaged 

Great care is taken to package artworks to prevent damage during shipping. If you receive artwork that is damaged, immediately take photographs of the damaged packaging as well any damage to the artwork and email within 48-hours to dayarne.smith@outlook.com

Our artwork is covered by shipping insurance and the purchaser will be refunded.
